Despite setbacks, you will rise to the occasion and have the drive to achieve your target of changing peoples&rsquo; lives, earning a generous bonus and great commission in return.If you are passionate about fitness, want to change people&rsquo;s lives and work for a growing company with an emphasis on internal promotion, then this role maybe for you.The Role and Key DutiesAs a Membership Sales Agent, you will help people to change their lives and sell a fitness product that you truly believe in. In this sales focused role, we&rsquo;re looking for the drive, motivation and passion to succeed.Responsibilities:&middot; Generating sales leads through referrals, outreach activities and corporate events.&middot; Working through your sales process to maximise new member join ups.&middot; Achieving daily and monthly sales targets as an individual and as part of a team.&middot; Inspiring new and prospective members to join our clubs by completing a needs analysis and getting to know what your customer wants.&middot; Proactively managing your sales pipeline to hit your commission targets.&middot; Being passionate about fitness and the amazing product you are selling.What we are looking for&middot; Individuals with an outgoing and approachable personality.&middot; A real passion for fitness and health.&middot; Customer service skills and experience..
