Office Timing : 9:00PM to 6:00AM (Night Shift) Location: Karachi, Nazimabad Job Description:We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding. The candidate will be responsible for winning quality projects, managing client communication, and supporting project delivery from initiation to closure.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Bid on projects on Upwork (experience on other platforms is a plus).</li><li>Select quality projects and submit customized proposals based on project requirements.</li><li>Estimate project pricing, prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close deals.</li><li>Communicate with clients via calls, chat, email, and Skype as required.</li><li>Gather client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for smooth project delivery.</li><li>Maintain high ratings and strong client relationships across all platforms.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in Upwork bidding.</li><li>Strong English writing and communication skills.</li><li>Good client handling and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years/months of experience do you have in Upwork bidding, and approximately how many projects have you successfully closed?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English Fluently (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
