## Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent customer service skills.Job Description: Gypsum&rsquo;s bar staff will create a fun and elevated beverage experience for our guests. Bartenders must know all aspects of the bar program, this includes cocktail builds, beers, and wine. Bartenders must maintain a high sense of urgency and be ready to take care of guests on the fly. Bartenders must all have a strong knowledge of the food menu and ready to describe and sell all dishes.Job Requirements and duties:&middot; Positive and enthusiastic attitude&middot; Must have the highest-level multitasking skills in the restaurant&middot; Arrive in a polished uniform daily&middot; General cash handling and counting skills&middot; Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems&middot; Must be willing to assist in running food and drinks&middot; Must know all aspects of the food and drink menus such as ingredients, allergens, and preparations&middot; Must be willing to learn new food and drink items for each shift&middot; Have a strong knowledge of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic options we offer&middot; Have a willingness to create new cocktail concepts for our features and seasonal menu&middot; Must be efficient at taking orders and timing courses efficiently&middot; Build regulars, and get to know our VIP guests&middot; Maintain the appearance of bar and lounge areas to ensure our guest have a positive experience&middot; Communicate with management when items are low or 86&rsquo;d&middot; Stock the bar efficiently with any needed product&middot; Oversee the organization of weekly beer, wine, and liquor deliveries&middot; Attend daily pre shift meeting&middot; Washing glassware and stocking glassware&middot; Completing the opening and closing checklists for the Bartender position&middot; Available Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holiday&middot; Willing to apply our company core beliefs to each shiftJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
