H2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, environmental consulting firm seeks a Project Water Resources Engineer to join our Water Resources team out of our Troy, NY office.
 Job Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Project involvement and/or supervision of water planning and design projects, water planning, design and construction engineering services.</li>
<li>Coordination with other engineering and architecture departments within the firm.</li>
<li>Preparation of construction drawings and specifications for public bid.</li>
<li>Relationship building and communication directly with clients in support and coordination of all project activities.</li>
<li>Responsible for the on-time, on budget, high quality client and technical delivery of all project requirements.</li>
<li>Production and scheduling; quality control; standardization; supervision of junior level staff.</li>
<li>Technology implementation; financial performance; cost proposals and project financial performance.</li>
<li>Experience with CBS (Chemical Bulk Storage) and Petroleum Bulk Storage (PBS).</li>
</ul>
Education and Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or closely related discipline</li>
<li>7 years of water resources or related consulting and design experience.</li>
<li>Strong client relations and technical writing skills.</li>
<li>Ability to mentor and supervise junior level staff.</li>
<li>Wastewater project design and construction experience a plus.</li>
<li>PE highly desired.</li>
</ul>
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
 The employment offer may deviate from this published range based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, specialty, knowledge, education, geography and/or related certifications – not related to any applicant’s characteristics protected by local, state or federal law. Note: The salary or hourly rate indicated does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
