Duties and responsibilities&middot; Provides quotes/estimates for freight shipping to new and existing clients&middot; Onboards new clients to help them understand the process of shipping, receiving and delivering freight&middot; Acting as the point of contact if clients have any issues with their shipping needs&middot; Actively works with the warehouse staff to review and route shipmentsSkills and qualifications&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook/excel)&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team&middot; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment&middot; Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently&middot; Excellent organization and time management skills&middot; Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative&middot; Strong attention to detailWorking Experience&middot; Background in sales is a plus&middot; 3 yrs or more experience in customer service&middot; Experience in freight forwarding is a plus&middot; Microsoft Outlook&middot; Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)Working conditions&middot; Office / warehouse environmentSchedule&middot; Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (must be open to additional hours if needed)Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,760.00 - $49,920.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
