This is a Part-Time Delivery Driver position with HANSL Delivery Service Inc, delivering packages for a National Technology Company!We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment! Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the Company<ul><li>Military veterans are welcome!</li><li>Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory</li><li>As we grow, supervisory roles will be available</li></ul>Branded vehicle provided! Non-CDL delivery driver!Approximate hours are 9:30 am to 5:55 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.Benefits &amp; Scheduling:<ul><li>$23.00 hr / Bi-Weekly and up</li><li>8 hour shifts plus OVERTIME are typical but not consistent</li><li>3 Day workweek (24 hours) is typical however you have the ability to receive additional days and hours.</li><li>Expected daytime shifts only.</li><li>A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break period</li><li>Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (Note: Employees who work on average less than 40 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance)</li><li>Paid time off begins accruing immediately a start of employment</li><li>We offer a &quot;Roll Up Bonus&quot; to those who finish their route safely, and in a timely manner!</li></ul>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Successfully handle and deliver packages on time</li><li>Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle</li><li>Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies</li><li>Safely deliver packages to customers located in residential neighborhoods and schools</li><li>Safely and coopertively engage with coworkers engage with coworkers, management and vendors/third-parties</li><li>Safely and professionally interact with customers and the general public while delivering packages to residential, retail, and business locatiions</li><li>Carry out a set of instructions and handle company property without constant supervision</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions</li><li>Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis; get in out out of van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations</li><li>Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed</li><li>Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out and communicating with supervisors and other team members</li><li>Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle</li><li>Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD!</li><li>Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (Which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)</li><li>Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills</li></ul>Equipment Provided: <ul><li>Delivery Vehicle &amp; Gas</li><li>Hand-held Technology</li><li>Uniforms</li><li>Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishments</li></ul>HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 weeks to COMPLETE.
