As we continue our growth into Arizona, we're looking for a Job Captain/Designer to join our new Phoenix office. This is a unique opportunity to help shape Hendy's presence in a growing market while working alongside an established and highly creative team. Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and lead projects from pre-design through project closeouts</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Prepare contract documents</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Attend site walks to conduct site verifications and update backgrounds</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Attend client meetings (virtually and / or in-person)</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Ability to work efficiently and willingness to learn and train junior staff</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Prepare project schedules and work plans</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Manage team members, consultants, and vendors on projects of varying size, scope, and complexity</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Cultivate and nurture all client relationships</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Work in conjunction with Project Manager to meet scheduled deliverable deadlines</li></ul> 
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in the field of Interior Architecture</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Strong organization skills</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Strong proficiency in CAD, Autodesk Revit systems, and Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>LEED and WELL accreditation a plus, as we are committed to the principles of sustainable design and resilient communities</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of building codes and a strong understanding of design standards</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Attention to detail and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> 

<ul>
<li>Possess strong and engaging communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas in interviews and other presentations</li></ul>
