Keep injection molding presses and auxiliary systems running through expert repair and proactive maintenance.</li><li>
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize unplanned downtime.</li><li>
Independently troubleshoot complex equipment problems and implement lasting corrective actions.</li><li>
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance to drive reliability and throughput.</li><li>
Record all work in our maintenance system (CMMS) with clear, complete documentation.</li><li>
Support mold changes, equipment startups, and production readiness activities.</li><li>
Partner with vendors/contractors to identify and source the right replacement parts.</li><li>
Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards while modeling best practices.</li><li>

What You Bring</b></h3><ul><li>
5+ years of maintenance experience in injection molding or other high-volume manufacturing.</li><li>
Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production equipment.</li><li>
Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment schematics.</li><li>
Familiarity with CMMS/maintenance tracking software (preferred).</li><li>
Self-directed, effective in a fast-paced production environment.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Senior Injection Molding Equipment Reliability Technician

<p>Join a fast-paced aerospace shop where your manual machining expertise keeps production moving and quality uncompromised. As our Aerospace Precision Machinist, you&rsquo;ll run conventional mills and lathes, switch tooling with confidence, and hold tight tolerances on flight-critical components&mdash;all while staying on schedule.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>A Day in the Life</b></h3>
<p>You arrive to a clean, organized cell and review blueprints and work instructions for the day&rsquo;s builds. You set up a conventional lathe for stainless steel work, select and change tooling, make careful adjustments, and begin roughing to spec. Mid-cycle, you pause to verify dimensions with micrometers, calipers, and gauges, documenting in-process checks. After a successful run, you move to the manual mill for an aluminum component, maintaining dimensional accuracy, updating inspection records, and communicating any issues or improvement ideas to your supervisor&mdash;all while aligning to production goals and deadlines.</p>

<ul><li>Operate manual/conventional mills and lathes with a focus on precision</li>
<li>Complete setups, tooling changes, and fine-tune machine adjustments</li>
<li>Machine aluminum, stainless steel, and other aerospace-grade alloys</li>
<li>Interpret blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions</li>
<li>Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tight tolerances</li>
<li>Maintain quality and dimensional accuracy; document in-process results</li>
<li>Keep the work area orderly and follow established safety procedures</li>
<li>Support production output; promptly communicate roadblocks or defects</li>

<ul><li>2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing setting</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise with conventional/manual equipment (required)</li>
<li>Foundational CNC exposure (preferred)</li>

<li>Background with tight-tolerance aerospace or precision parts (preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to contribute independently and collaborate within a team</li>
