What You'll Do

<li>Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabrication projects to spec</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings</li>
<li>Inspect welds for quality and adherence to standards</li>
<li>Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently</li>
<li>Collaborate with shop team on fabrication and assembly tasks</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li>
<li>Follow all safety protocols and procedures</li>
</ul>
What You'll Need
<ul>
<li>5+ years of hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience</li>
<li>Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints</li>
<li>High attention to detail and commitment to weld quality</li>
<li>Experience in a fabrication shop environment</li>
<li>Welding certification preferred but not required</li>
<li>Reliable, professional, and a strong team contributor</li>
