Role Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Writer with strong experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will create engaging, SEO-optimized, and data-driven content that enhances our brand presence, improves customer engagement, and supports marketing and sales objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Write high-quality content for blogs, property descriptions, brochures, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.</li><li>Develop SEO-focused articles that rank, drive traffic, and build authority in the real estate domain.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to execute content strategies and campaigns.</li><li>Research market trends, property insights, and buyer behaviour to produce informative and compelling content.</li><li>Create scripts for videos, reels, virtual tours, and marketing presentations.</li><li>Edit, proofread, and ensure brand consistency across all communication.</li><li>Manage content calendars and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.</li><li>Analyse performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement and conversions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of proven experience as a content writer, preferably in real estate, property tech, or related sectors.</li><li>Strong understanding of real estate terminology, market trends, and buyer journeys.</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO writing, keyword research, and content optimization tools.</li><li>Ability to simplify complex property information into engaging and consumer-friendly content.</li><li>Strong research skills and ability to produce data-backed writing.</li><li>Familiarity with social media content formats and digital marketing basics.</li><li>Portfolio of published work.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Current Location?</li><li>What is your Current CTC?</li><li>What is your Notice Period?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
