 Roles and Responsibility of Advocate
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Required to visit compliance support clients and give monthly notes covering issues raised based on same.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolving critical issues for collection of information, process, and conclusion of return filling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing synopsis for hearings and appearances before the authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalation of critical issues to client management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of exceptional report to partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sending GST updates to clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaoning with GST Offices for GST Audit, refunds, DGFT, EPCG, AA and Customs law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling of works related to customs and FTP regular compliance works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drafting writ petitions, civil appeals etc. and assisting for appearance before the High Court.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualification
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 LLB/LLM with 1 year of work experience.
