DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Maintenance Coordination:&middot; Monitor and manage daily maintenance requests from restaurant teams.&middot; Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance activities for equipment and infrastructure.&middot; Coordinate with external service providers for repair and maintenance work.&middot; Maintain records of maintenance activities, costs, and service reports.&middot; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.&middot; Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians across restaurant locations.2. Project Management:&middot; Assist in planning and execution of renovation, refurbishment, and new store setup projects.&middot; Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.&middot; Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.&middot; Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.&middot; Prepare project status reports and escalate issues as needed.3. Vendor &amp; Asset Management:&middot; Maintain a database of approved vendors and service providers.&middot; Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors. Track asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of equipment and fixtures.&middot; Assist in preparing maintenance and project budgets.&middot; Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.&middot; Review and verify invoices related to maintenance and project work.4. Record Keeping and Reporting:&middot; Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, costs, and equipment history. Generate reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and ongoing issues for senior management.5. Emergency Response and Troubleshooting:&middot; Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime and production disruptions. Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
