<div><div><div><div>As a seasonal Virtual Instructor Supervisor, you will lead the recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of a team of Virtual Instructors to ensure high-quality instructional delivery. You&rsquo;ll oversee day-to-day operations including onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations, while collaborating with leadership to align instructional talent with business needs. This role is key to maintaining instructional excellence and supporting continuous improvement in virtual learning experiences.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Day to day, you&rsquo;ll&hellip;</b></div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Identify, recruit, interview, and assess high-caliber Virtual Instructors based on competencies and content demand, in partnership with the Manager of Virtual Instruction and District General Manager (DGM)</div></li><li><div>
Manage the learning paths of Virtual Instructors</div></li><li><div>
Deliver and manage company training programs (Virtual Facilitation Skills, Train-the-Trainer, Dress Rehearsal, Mentoring)</div></li><li><div>
Analyze and evaluate individual needs to develop or identify current or potential offerings that meet those needs</div></li><li><div>
Conduct team meetings to share learnings and set expectations</div></li><li><div>
Serve as a liaison to the Learning Development department</div></li><li><div>
Provide guidance for scheduling, classroom/facilities selection, setup, and equipment</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate addendum, contract pay, and hourly pay for instructors</div></li><li><div>
Develop course training method analysis and success measures to provide feedback to Tax Training instructional designers</div></li><li><div>
Review instructor scorecards (surveys, tests, and conversion data)</div></li><li><div>
Observe, coach, and rate instructors against necessary competencies</div></li><li><div>
Partner with the Manager of Virtual Instruction to address under-performing instructors and take corrective action, if necessary</div></li><li><div>
Assign instructors based on need and performance to meet enrollment demands</div></li><li><div>
Conduct year-end performance evaluations and develop individual development plans</div></li><li><div>
Perform other duties as assigned</div></li></ul></div></div></div>
What you'll bring to the team...:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group; ability to lead in a matrix environment and at a distance (virtually)</li><li>
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>
Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously</li><li>
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness in presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels, with strong facilitation and presentation skills</li><li>
Knowledge of instructor and/or presenter evaluation programs, needs assessment theory, and relevant principles, practices and techniques</li><li>
Training project and team management experience; ability to identify potential risks associated with a proposed training initiative and recommend alternative actions; demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in education, curriculum development, adult learning or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring instructor and/or presenter evaluation systems; knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design theory, principles, practices, and techniques</li><li>

<div><p>As a seasonal Operations Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting office readiness across H&amp;R Block&rsquo;s tax office network. You will be responsible for executing hands-on operational and technical tasks, including basic technology setup, supply delivery, routine maintenance, and support for office openings, closures, and relocations. Working closely with field leadership, you will ensure offices meet brand standards and are equipped for successful operation throughout the tax season.</p></div><div><p><b><br>

Perform basic building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, conducting minor low-voltage electrical work and repairing minor damages</p></li><li><p>
Deliver supplies and materials to and from tax office locations in a timely and organized manner</p></li><li><p>
Support the annual set up and closing of seasonal tax offices, including setting up the office according to the planogram, installing window clings, electrical lightboxes, and open signs, ensuring office cleanliness, performing custodial work, and confirming offices meet overall brand standards</p></li><li><p>
Set up, shut down, and provide ongoing support for PC hardware across multiple office locations with guidance from the District Operations Coordinator and Operations Technology Analyst</p></li><li><p>
Maintain an inventory of district resources</p></li><li><p>
Track and control hot spare computer equipment in the district</p></li><li><p>
Document hardware problems and their resolution within the ticketing system</p></li><li><p>
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of the department&rsquo;s supported products and systems</p></li><li><p>
