HIRING FOR:SUNDAY - WEDNESDAY 9PM - 7:30AMWEDNESDAY - SATURDAY 6PM - 4:30AMDuties<ul><li>Coordinate daily dispatch activities by assigning loads to drivers based on delivery schedules, confirming these drivers, vehicle availability, and route optimization.</li><li>Monitor loads and drivers to ensure efficient routing, real-time tracking, and adherence to delivery timelines.</li><li>Communicate effectively with drivers via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette while providing clear instructions and support.</li><li>Manage information that is being entered to ensure accuracy is being delivered in all updates sent out.</li><li>Provide our Customer with timely, accurate updates</li><li>Maintain consistent and detailed communications with team and management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in dispatching or transportation management within a logistics or supply chain environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of transportation planning tools including GPS devices, TMS system, and a sense of urgency</li><li>Experience with Class A Drivers and routing/planning</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Demonstrated analysis skills for reviewing transportation data and optimizing routes or processes.</li><li>Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail using systems Excel, TMS systems, email and text/phone etiquette</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
