Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide high-quality technical support to onsite personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving software and hardware issues, managing end-user equipment, and ensuring smooth IT operations with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer service is a top priority.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver comprehensive technical support to onsite staff, customers, and service providers.</li><li>Handle end-user onboarding and offboarding, including device assignment, setup, and retrieval.</li><li>Perform imaging, installation, and configuration of laptops, desktops, and peripherals (docking stations, monitors, printers, etc.).</li><li>Execute IMAC tasks (install, move, add, change), including hardware upgrades, replacements, and data migration.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues; replicate incidents where necessary.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the incident management system and ensure SLA compliance.</li><li>Monitor, escalate, and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Support conference rooms, meeting room technology, and Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) devices.</li><li>Manage provisioning and deployment of VoIP, Android, and Mac devices.</li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure and service desk teams to resolve escalations.</li><li>Support asset management, inventory control, and IT documentation processes.</li><li>Provide VIP and executive-level IT support.</li><li>Deliver Smart Hands &amp; Feet assistance for network, server, and security teams.</li><li>Rack, mount, and cable hardware devices in communications rooms and IT cabinets.</li><li>Assist remote support teams by facilitating remote access and hardware troubleshooting.</li><li>Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge through established channels.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Strong technical expertise in desktop support and troubleshooting.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, VPN clients (Citrix), and remote desktop tools (e.g., Bomgar).</li><li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.</li><li>Experience with racking, mounting, and cabling of IT hardware (network devices, servers).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills.</li><li>Ability to document incidents, solutions, and processes clearly and accurately.</li><li>A proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have valid work permit in Turkey?</li><li>Can you join us immediately?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Turkish (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>&#305;stanbul (Required)</li></ul>
