With a vision for international growth and a commitment to operational excellence, we are expanding our management team at our Kochi office.Role Overview:This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Kochi, Kerala. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all administrative, operational, and coordination activities to ensure smooth functioning across departments and alignment with the firm&rsquo;s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and team workflows.</li><li>Coordinate case management activities, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in the firm&rsquo;s internal software systems.</li><li>Supervise documentation, filing, and digital updates of legal proceedings, deadlines, client records, and correspondence.</li><li>Manage schedules, calendars, and facilitate cross-department coordination.</li><li>Support lawyers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and Company Secretaries (CSs) with documentation and case follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain efficient client communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-up systems.</li><li>Act as the liaison between Kochi and other HA&amp;Co. offices (domestic and international).</li><li>Ensure proper organization and maintenance of all case files, reports, and confidential documents.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Plus Two (+2) with certification in office management, administration, or related areas.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in operations, office administration, or executive support (experience in a legal or consultancy firm preferred).</li><li>Languages: Strong communication in English and Malayalam (verbal &amp; written).
