<ul><li>Job Summary</li></ul>We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our Night Club. The ideal candidate will have proven bartending experience, strong drink-mixing skills, and a passion for delivering an excellent guest experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons</li><li>Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks</li><li>Assess customers&rsquo; needs and preferences and make drink recommendations</li><li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes and standards</li><li>Plan, update, and present the bar menu</li><li>Check customers&rsquo; identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements</li><li>Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area</li><li>Stay guest-focused and nurture an outstanding customer experience</li><li>Comply with all food and beverage safety regulations</li></ul>Requirements and Skills<ul><li>Proven working experience as a Bartender</li><li>Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks</li><li>Relevant bartending or hospitality training certificate</li><li>Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked</li><li>Computer literacy</li><li>Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>
