Habitat Academy is looking for a dependable, kind and confident School Coordinator to join our English Learning Home.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our schools. You will handle inquiries, support students and parents, and serve as a clear and reliable bridge between teachers, families and school management.You will also be responsible for the daily operation of the school space. This includes managing the office and its equipment, maintaining electronic devices, overseeing the general upkeep of the facility, opening and closing the school, monitoring supplies, and identifying the needs of both staff and students to ensure the school runs smoothly.This position requires regular interaction with both adults and children. You should be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with each age group, set healthy boundaries, and confidently deliver messages (even when that means saying no). A calm, self-assured presence, a positive attitude and a welcoming smile are essential for this role.Teaching experience is a strong asset. School Coordinator

Habitat Academy is looking for native and/or native-level English Teachers with experience and passion.We are a unique English learning home with a socially responsible mindset. We teach English in English without a formal textbook via the communicative and task-based approach. This is done in a non-traditional environment with hands-on experience. Come join us in our quest for a true and effective learning experience.Typical responsibilities of the job include:&ndash; organizing and running courses while applying communicative, task-based and direct teaching approaches in a natural learning environment&ndash; providing specialized instructional techniques and media through individual and/or group sessions designed to meet the educational, social and emotional needs of the students&ndash; running activity based English learning sessions (such as cooking, filmmaking, drama, etc.) and preparing the necessary teaching materials&ndash; helping students improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills via individual and group sessions&ndash; checking and assessing students&rsquo; work&ndash; genuinely interacting with students before, during and after class sessions&ndash; informing parents when necessary&ndash; filling out daily attendance and class progress sheets&ndash; writing student evaluation letters every two months&ndash; attending staff meetings and school organized social events&ndash; using electronic devices (computers, printers, home appliances) and necessary software (Office programs, Zoom, Google Drive) effectively and efficiently&ndash; demonstrating punctuality and professionalismThis position is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about alternative education and creative teaching methods.
