Job Overview:We are seeking motivated, results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to promote and sell our products/services. Your ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and close sales will be key to your success. If you're a goal-oriented, self-starter with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or your own research.</li><li>Sales &amp; Lead Generation: Promote and sell company products or services through engaging and persuasive conversations.</li><li>Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively present and answer customer queries.</li><li>Meeting Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).</li><li>Data Entry &amp; Reporting: Record customer interactions and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with accurate and timely information.</li><li>Follow-up: Handle post-call tasks such as follow-up emails, sending information, or confirming customer decisions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.</li><li>Sales Skills: A strong desire to meet sales targets and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve issues in a positive, solution-oriented manner.</li><li>Tech Savvy: Comfortable using phones, computers, CRM systems, and other software tools.</li><li>Organized: Strong time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>telemarketer: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
