The Senior Executive &ndash; Supply Chain Management is to coordinate demand planning with Sales, drive purchase order placement, and ensure seamless supply chain execution from PO to customer delivery.
The priorities for the role includes:<ul><li>
Demand Coordination:<ul><li>
Liaise with the Sales team to gather and validate demand forecasts.</li><li>
Arrive at accurate Purchase Order (PO) quantities based on sales inputs and inventory levels.</li></ul></li><li>
Procurement Execution:<ul><li>
Place Purchase Orders with suppliers based on approved demand.</li><li>
Coordinate with suppliers for earliest possible dispatch and shipment readiness.</li></ul></li><li>
Logistics &amp; Customs Coordination:<ul><li>
Handover shipment details to the Exim team for customs clearance.</li><li>
Track shipment arrival and ensure timely documentation and compliance.</li></ul></li><li>
Sales Enablement:<ul><li>
Post-arrival, coordinate with Sales for earliest possible sales execution.</li><li>
Ensure inventory availability aligns with sales plans.</li></ul></li><li>
MIS &amp; Forecasting:<ul><li>
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for:<ul><li>
Sales Forecast</li><li>
Inventory Forecast</li><li>
MIS reporting related to demand and supply</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
5 to 10 years in SCM operations, Bachelor's degree in science,, preferably in Chemical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>
Strong communication and coordination abilities.</li></ul>

The Field Service Technician I is responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service, performing preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of Hach devices located at our customer sites. The customer base for this role is anticipated to be a combination of municipal (i.e., drinking and wastewater treatment facilities) and industrial (i.e., power plants and food and beverage plants).
This position is part of the North America Field Service Team, located in Houston, Texas, and will be remote.</div></div></div></div>
In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.</li><li>
Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems.</li><li>
Work in a wide variety of municipal and industrial settings, including but not limited to drinking water &amp; wastewater treatment facilities, refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, food &amp; beverage processing facilities, etc....Some applications may involve instrument servicing in NEC hazardous locations (Class I Division 2) *</li><li>
Submits prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure.</li><li>
Follows safe work practices according to company policy.</li><li>
Executes administrative activities in support of service visits.</li><li>
Daily travel to customer sites. This role will be based in the Houston, TX area and supports our customers throughout the territory. Company-paid travel, accommodations, and meals are provided for overnight stays.</li></ul>
The essential requirements of the job include:<ul><li>
HS Diploma required; Associates/technical degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Basic mechanical aptitude is a must - experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair is helpful but not required.</li><li>
2 or more years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles preferred.</li><li>
This position requires occasional rental of vehicles or booking of hotel rooms for business travel. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to rent a car and/ or hotel rooms under applicable state law are required.</li></ul>
Travel Requirements:<ul><li>
This position will be primarily based in Houston, TX with potential assignments within the Gulf Coast or the greater Southern region as business needs arise.</li><li>
This position requires daily travel to customer sites.</li><li>
Overnight stays may occur occasionally as needed, with company-paid travel, accommodations, and meals provided.</li><li>
Occasional travel to other states within the region is expected.</li></ul>

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate&rsquo;s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $29.00 - $31.00 USD per hour.
