<b>What You'll Be Doing:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Assist providers and nursing staff with patient preparation and care coordination</li></ul>
<ul><li>Gather and document patient information to support clinical decision-making</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain clinical work areas, equipment, and supplies</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support efficient patient flow and clinic operations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HCC policies and procedures</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all patient and staff interactions</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform other duties as assigned in support of clinic operations</li></ul>

<b>Job Qualifications:
</b></div><div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Current Medical Assistant Certification preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Current CPR certification preferred - training available</li></ul>

<div><ul><li>Basic clinical knowledge and skill level appropriate to education and training</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to seek, accept, and utilize supervision appropriately</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to document accurately and appropriately</li></ul>
<ul><li>Basic knowledge of age-specific patient care considerations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Basic computer skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Working knowledge of insurance types</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team</li></ul>
<ul><li>Flexibility and reliability to support float coverage needs</li></ul></div></div>
