The Senior Manager, HCP Marketing will support the delivery of the Americas marketing strategy by overseeing development of HCP programs, and ensuring those programs are delivered to customers and monitored for effectiveness. This role will report to the Director of Marketing, Americas.</div><ul><li>
Establishes, directs, and coordinates HCP marketing strategy and activities for the BMT franchise.</li><li>
Build and nurture KOL relationships in support of the Hemostasis Management portfolio; manage engagements with this group to support speaker program activities, congress presence/events, webinars and other programs as needed</li><li>
Translate scientific and clinical insights into compelling, compliant HCP messaging and materials.</li><li>
Responsible for developing compelling value proof points and deliverables such as case studies and testimonials, white papers, speaking engagements, etc.</li><li>
In collaboration with Global Portfolio Marketing and Market-Engagement Services, creating and reinforcing value proposition to drive marketing campaigns, field enablement, partner support, and product launches.</li><li>
Partner with Global Product Marketing to gather market insights, conduct VoC and partner across the portfolio to identify and align the needs that differentiate the BMT solutions.</li><li>
Customer-facing liaison responsible for collaboration of voice of customer, user communities and market / industry relationships.</li><li>
Influences go-to-market strategies and crafts compelling clinical and operational value messaging for customers and prospects.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Education, Experience &amp; Qualifications</div><br>
<ul><li>
7+ years marketing experience in biotech, pharmaceutical or other areas of life sciences, with a proven record of building HCP marketing plans</li><li>
Previous IVT experience in a marketing, sales, or clinical setting strongly preferred</li><li>
Life sciences&rsquo; HCP marketing, industry advocacy and clinical engagement necessary</li><li>
Must have strong social skills, maturity, and be capable of presenting ideas and concepts to a diverse range of individuals, including Physicians and Nurses</li><li>
Excellence in additional professional competencies including collaborative and cross functional problem solving and communications, innovative thinking, sense of urgency, and a passion for helping patients and their communities are critical</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, MBA or additional education in life sciences a plus</li></ul><div></div><div><div>

Job Details</div><div>
The HR Delivery Specialist will support the HR department focusing on data administration and analytics, business process documentation creation and maintenance for employee lifecycle activities. Responsible for addressing level one and two employee inquires with the assistance of HR COEs as well as assisting with audit and leave related processes. This role will be Hybrid 3 days a week in our Boston HQ located at 125 Summer Street.</div><div></div><div>
The HRSD Specialist will partner with HR Service Delivery team and HR COEs, to identify HR operational challenges, provide technical support for HRIS systems, strengthen standard HR processes &amp; operating procedures supporting the end-to-end HR Ops Service Delivery model.</div><div></div><div>
Essential Duties:</div><ul><li>Manages daily employee inquiries through phone lines and employee self-service case management system including but not limited to benefit, leave of absence, and general tickets</li><li>Update business process documentation and communicate changes to stakeholders</li><li>Provide administrative and technical support through data entry or maintenance of employee or contractor information in HR system of record</li><li>Process and follow-up on HR invoices</li><li>Provide accurate reporting for employee inquires and audit requests</li><li>Supports HRIS system process design/improvements, configuration, and harmonization activities.</li><li>Conduct localized new employee orientation and training onsite and virtually.</li><li>Provide recruitment support including data entry of job profiles, candidate management, offer generation, pre-employment screenings and post hire requirements per local regulations (e-verify etc).</li><li>Participate in other projects as needed to support the HR department</li></ul><div></div><div>
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience required</li><li>2+ years progressive HR experience or equivalent required</li><li>1 year Experience in Workday or similar Human Capital Management System preferred. Must have a natural technical attitude to learn new systems.</li><li>Experience in employee portal ticketing within SeviceNow highly desired</li><li>Experience in a global setting a plus</li><li>Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Outlook and PowerPoint</li></ul><div></div><div><div>
