Role SummaryHaifa RENOV8 is hiring a Coordination Engineer to manage authority and structural approvals for major renovation projects.This role ensures design intent, structural safety, and authority compliance move together&mdash;without delays, rework, or site disruptions.You will directly handle approvals with Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and Trakhees, coordinating closely with design, structural consultants, and site teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end authority approvals (architectural, structural, MEP) for villa and apartment renovations.</li><li>Coordinate structural approvals for major renovation works (wall removals, slab openings, extensions, layout changes).</li><li>Liaise with authorities, consultants, and internal teams to address comments and secure timely approvals.</li><li>Maintain approval trackers, submission logs, and approved-drawing controls.</li><li>Ensure site execution strictly follows approved authority and structural drawings.</li></ul>Must-Have Criteria<ul><li>3&ndash;5+ years experience in Dubai authority approvals for renovation or fit-out projects.</li><li>Direct working experience with Emaar, Nakheel, DDA, and/or Trakhees.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to structural approvals for major renovation works.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.</li><li>Strong coordination, follow-up discipline, and clear communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-driven environments.</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with design-build contractors.</li><li>Understanding of site execution sequencing.</li><li>Familiarity with Dubai master-developer community guidelines.</li></ul>Why Join Haifa RENOV8At Haifa RENOV8, approvals are a core execution function, not admin work.This role directly protects project timelines, build quality, and client trust.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Minimum 3 Years Similar Experience</li></ul>
