The Senior Plumber is responsible for supervising and executing all plumbing-related works in villa renovation projects, including installation, repair, and maintenance of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and related systems. Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in construction/renovation projects.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing,Joinery and fire-fighting systems.</li><li>Familiar with MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office,Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools.</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Completion of MEP activities within schedule and budget.</li><li>Plan and schedule MEP activities in line with the master project plan.</li><li>Ensure installation work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.</li><li>Support in testing and commissioning of all MEP systems.</li><li>Maintain daily progress reports and manpower logs.</li><li>Prepare material requests, track deliveries, and manage site inventory.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

MEP Supervisor

The Carpenter Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all carpentry and woodwork-related and gypsum ceiling activities during villa renovation projects. This includes overseeing carpentry teams, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and maintaining adherence to project timelines, specifications, and safety standards.<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of carpenters and helpers on villa renovation sites.</li><li>Plan daily carpentry tasks based on project requirements and deadlines.</li><li>Review and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications for woodwork, ceilings, doors, wardrobes, and furniture installations.</li><li>Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and tools for assigned tasks.</li><li>Oversee the fabrication, installation, and finishing of doors, frames, wardrobes, cabinets, flooring, and decorative wooden elements.</li><li>Check alignment, levels, joints, and overall finish quality of completed carpentry works.</li><li>Ensure all carpentry work complies with design specifications and client expectations.</li><li>Perform hands-on work when necessary, especially during critical or finishing stages.</li><li>Communicate progress, challenges, and material requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Supervisor.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and guide team members on safety and work quality.</li><li>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</li><li>Education: Diploma / ITI Certificate in Carpentry or related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in carpentry works, with at least 3 years as a Foreman, preferably in villa or interior renovation projects.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and finishing methods.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop details.</li><li>Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.</li><li>Good understanding of fit-out and joinery work.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
