NANNY / MOTHER&rsquo;S HELPER (ARCHER, FL)Position Type: Part-time or Full-time (flexible) Schedule Needs: Primarily weekends + some weekday evenings + school holidays Location: Archer, FL Children: Three boys ages 7, 6, and 3 Future Option: Live-in may be possible for the right fit after an initial period (not currently)ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a dependable, warm, and energetic nanny/mother&rsquo;s helper to support our family with childcare and household operations. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys engaging with kids and also takes pride in keeping a home clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role blends hands-on childcare with light household management&mdash;helping the family stay ahead of daily tasks, routines, and logistics.KEY QUALITIES WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR&middot; Kind, patient, upbeat, and confident with children&middot; Organized and proactive (sees what needs to be done and does it)&middot; Strong, safety-minded driver with reliable transportation&middot; Comfortable managing multiple children and shifting needs&middot; Enjoys cleaning, tidying, and home organization&middot; Dependable cell phone access and consistent communication&middot; Comfortable with dogs and basic pet care&middot; Respectful, trustworthy, and able to maintain privacy/professionalism in a busy household settingCHILDCARE RESPONSIBILITIES&middot; Provide attentive care for three sweet, active boys (ages 7, 6, 3)&middot; Support after-school and evening routines (snacks, homework, wind-down, bedtime support as needed)&middot; Homework help and encouragement; reading practice and basic math support&middot; Plan and participate in active play (outdoor play, games, hide &amp; seek, crafts, movie nights)&middot; Help reinforce manners, kindness, and family expectations in a positive way&middot; Guide kids through their chores and routines (age-appropriate responsibility building)&middot; Prepare simple kid-friendly meals/snacks and involve kids in cooking when appropriate&middot; Accompany family to pool and occasional outings; assist with children&rsquo;s birthday parties&middot; Potential for occasional child pickups in the future (must be a strong, safe driver)HOUSEHOLD / FAMILY SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES&middot; Maintain household laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away; rotate linens/bed sheets)&middot; Kitchen reset: dishes, counters, sink, trash, wipe-downs, general tidiness&middot; Full housekeeping support (bathrooms, floors, dusting, surface cleaning, picking up)&middot; Keep floors clean (vacuum/sweep/mop as needed, especially high-traffic areas)&middot; Rotate deep cleaning and organizing projects (closets, pantry, toys, storage areas)&middot; Simple meal prep support and keeping basic household systems running&middot; Help create grocery/household supply lists and keep staples stocked&middot; Occasional errands (grocery pickup, returns, basic runs as assigned)&middot; Basic dog care support: feeding/water checks as directed, bathing/brushing when neededREQUIREMENTS&middot; Experience with children (professional, family, or related experience)&middot; Clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and comfort driving children safely&middot; Ability to pass a background check and provide references&middot; Physically able to keep up with active kids and household tasks (lifting, stairs, outdoor play)&middot; Reliable availability for weekends and some weekday eveningsWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE&middot; Kids are safe, happy, engaged, and supported&middot; The home is consistently reset and running smoothly&middot; Routines feel calmer and more predictable for the family&middot; You communicate clearly, show initiative, and become a trusted part of the household teamJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
