Base Pay: AED2,500 Commission: 10% of sales brought in. Total Salary (Base + Commission): up to AED5,000As the Salon Manager &amp; receptionist, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in managing daily operations, leading our talented team, and driving the salon&rsquo;s growth. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the management team and the salon team to ensure the salon runs smoothly, clients leave happy, and our reputation continues to thrive. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, creativity, and business strategy.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operational Excellence: Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, efficient workflows, and exceptional service delivery.</li><li>Client Experience: Answer all client request on Instagram, Facebook, Whatstapp and ensure every client receives a personalized experience that keeps them coming back and referring others.</li><li>Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, increase repeat visits, and boost revenue through promotions, events, and social media engagement.</li><li>Social Media Presence: Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content for our social platforms, showcasing our work, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Supplies: Oversee product inventory, ensuring we&rsquo;re stocked with the best tools and products to deliver top-notch services.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure the salon is always clean and meets all health, safety, and industry regulations.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role within the beauty industry.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a creative team.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable client experiences.</li><li>Knowledge of salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.</li><li>A creative mindset with an understanding of current beauty trends and social media marketing.</li><li>Experience with Instagram or other social platforms is a plus&mdash;bonus points if you&rsquo;re passionate about creating engaging content!</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in salon management software and basic Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>A cosmetology or business management degree is a plus but not required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you start immediately?</li><li>Do you have your visa?</li></ul>
