&middot; Complete OT Management: Pre &amp; post-surgery (Cleanliness, hygiene, fumigation, autoclave, trolley arrangement, assist in-house doctors/surgeons during surgery &amp; execute delegated tasks efficiently.&middot; Medical Inventory Management: Keep complete count of medical inventory items consumed during a surgery/procedure &amp; inform/update the Centre Manager to enter the same in the system.&middot; Assist patients before, during &amp; after surgery.&middot; Execute surgical procedures as per advice &amp; as per SOP.&middot; Withdraw blood from patients as per requirement.&middot; Train OT staffs (new &amp; existing and across locations) as per advice of Management.&middot; Perform surgeries &amp; procedures as directed by In-house Doctors / Surgeons &amp; as per Company protocol.&middot; During any surgery, you will have to be physically present from start to finish. If a surgery gets extended beyond working hours, you will have to wait till the surgery is over.&middot; Should be able to perform/handle a case of 4000 grafts a day (by FUE method).&middot; Should be able to implant grafts with the specified and decided density and in the brick/alternating pattern.&middot; Flawless completion of post-surgery reports.&middot; Coordinate, communicate &amp; send reports to HO as per requirement/SOP.&middot; Should have knowledge of Anaesthesia &amp; handling patients during any emergency.&middot; Should be able to work under stressed conditions.&middot; Good knowledge of handling medical equipment&rsquo;s.&middot; Sound knowledge of medical terminologies.&middot; Excellent theoretical &amp; practical knowledge.&middot; Good knowledge of clinical practices and protocols.&middot; Ability to handle different types of patients.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kalighat, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
