KEY RESULT AREAS:Note: Looking for candidates with hands on experience in Hair Transplant (FUE).&middot; Keep a check on patient management, right from entry to exit; &amp; it should be carried out in the most professional manner.&middot; You will be answerable for outcomes of all surgeries &amp; procedures that are carried out in the clinic.&middot; Ability to handle different types of Patients&middot; Take consultations of patients for hair, skin &amp; for any cosmetology related treatments as per requirement. Should be able to convert patients with ease.&middot; Discuss &amp; convince patients for surgeries/procedures &amp; should be able to upsell if such packages/options are available.&middot; Examine patients and make diagnoses to determine the best surgical process for hair &amp; skin problems.&middot; Should be able to explain to the patients for Hair Transplant the entire flow of events right from extraction to slitting to hair implantation.&middot; Should have extensive experience in FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction).&middot; Perform surgeries &amp; surgical procedures for best results by adhering to regulatory &amp; ethical protocols &amp; SOP.&middot; Physical presence &amp; involvement during surgery, from start to finish, are a must. If a surgery gets extended beyond working hours, you will have to wait till the surgery is over.&middot; Supervise all surgical procedures that are carried out in the clinic.&middot; Should be capable of extracting &amp; implanting 4500 grafts a day.&middot; Hands on experience in handling entire cosmetology related treatments viz., Lasers, Peels, PRP, Mesotherapy, Botox, Fillers, Thread lift, Microblading etc., ensuring efficacy, safety &amp; high professional standards.&middot; Excellent knowledge of handling medical equipment&rsquo;s.&middot; Sound knowledge of medical terminologies.&middot; Excellent theoretical &amp; practical knowledge.&middot; Good knowledge of clinical practices and protocols.&middot; Should have knowledge of Anesthesia &amp; handling patients during any emergency. Urgently hiring for OT Technician - Pune Clinic<ul><li>Complete OT Management: Pre &amp; post-surgery (Cleanliness, hygiene, fumigation, autoclave, trolley arrangement, assist in-house doctors/surgeons during surgery &amp; execute delegated tasks judiciously.</li><li>Medical Inventory Management: Keep complete count of medical inventory items consumed during a surgery/procedure &amp; inform/update the Centre Manager to enter the same in the system.</li><li>Assist patients before, during &amp; after surgery.</li><li>Execute surgical procedures as per advice &amp; as per SOP.</li><li>Withdraw blood from patients as per requirement.</li><li>Train OT staffs (new &amp; existing and across locations) as per advice of Management.
