Moore Supply Co. is one of those trade names and is looking for a Warehouse Teammate/ Delivery Driver at their Killeen, TX location.

About the Role: 
As a Warehouse Teammate, you will: 
<ul>
<li>Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.</li>
<li>Stock and maintain the warehouse; and pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure.</li>
<li>Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.</li>
<li>Identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.</li>
<li>Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier.</li>
<li>Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.</li>
<li>Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.</li>
<li>Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.</li>
<li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety. Remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris. Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues.</li>
<li>Assist co-workers in servicing customers.</li>
<li>Perform all job functions in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards.</li>
<li>Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.</li>
<li>Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.</li>
</ul>
As a Delivery Driver, you will: 
<ul>
<li>Operate trucks safely and in compliance with Company rules, applicable laws, and regulations. Destinations include job sites, customer facilities, vendor facilities, other Hajoca locations, facilities of other wholesalers, or other locations as directed by management.</li>
<li>Load the truck at the Profit Center with Hajoca merchandise to be delivered. Secure the load properly so that nothing will shift, get damaged, or fall from the truck. Ensure that the necessary equipment to safely unload the merchandise is available. Affix the appropriate DOT hazmat truck placards if hauling hazardous materials in excess of 1,000 lbs.</li>
<li>Understand the shipping documents that are associated with the merchandise for each delivery and have accurate directions to each delivery destination.</li>
<li>Review shipping documentation and ensure order accuracy.</li>
<li>Unload correct merchandise from the truck and place it where the receiving party wants it. Obtain legible signature for all merchandise delivered per Company policy and procedure.</li>
<li>Collect and secure outstanding payments for all cash sale deliveries prior to releasing the material to the customer.</li>
<li>Work with customers at the delivery site to resolve shipping discrepancies quickly and accurately.</li>
<li>Load the truck at other locations with merchandise. This includes merchandise picked up at vendor locations, returned by customers, and purchased from other wholesalers.</li>
<li>Provide sales leads by noting prospective customer names and addresses discovered in the course of making deliveries.</li>
<li>Inspect the truck and required parts and accessories to determine safe operating condition prior to departure from the Hajoca location. Keep truck clean of debris in cab and body.</li>
<li>Advise management of any mechanical problems with the truck. At the end of the workday, complete the Driver’s Daily Vehicle Inspection Report when driving a delivery vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVWR) of 10,001 lbs. or more if a defect or deficiency is found.</li>
<li>At the end of the workday, remove keys from the truck and store keys in the approved location.</li>
<li>Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.</li>
<li>Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.</li>
</ul>
About You: 
<ul>
<li>Be able to drive a vehicle over 26,001 lbs. As a non-CDL driver, you must:</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years old</li>
<li>Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy.</li>
<li>Be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before beginning work and again at least every two years while employed and performing this job function.</li>
<li>1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred</li>

<li>Actively participate in scheduled sales meetings, complete customer call reports, and maintain current customer profile data.</li>
<li>Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and identify and implement opportunities for value-added services.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns timely and in accordance with Company policy and procedure, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Work with the customer, Profit Center Manager, and Credit Manager to facilitate payment of all accounts receivable; communicate any changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk.</li>
<li>Support Inside Sales and all Profit Center activities as part of our Profit Center Team.</li>
<li>Join industry associations to stay informed about market conditions, new technologies, and trends.</li>

About You:

<li>1+ years outside sales experience, contractor sales preferred.</li>
<li>Able to drive for company business. As a company business driver, you must:</li>
