ResponsibilitiesClose coordination with Production, warehouse and Logistic team to ensure optimizing the balance of inventory across the Supply Chain network in line with target Customer Service levels, levels of forecast accuracy and SS Levels and act as lead interface to plant manufacturing activities to resolve supply issues related to production.Implement and maintain inventory and Material Management strategies for FG , RM and PM by regular review and optimization of inventory parameters and levels (Safety Stock, MOQ , Lead time etc.)Conduct regular Business Demand and supply review with Customers and supplier to ensure that supply chain Upstream and Downstream is in line with Business requirement.Monthly MRP - MPP Meeting with Customers to ensure the RM/PM , capacity And resource availability to meet the customer orders as per requested delivery dates.Closely Monitor the Information and Material flow internally (Within the Organization) and externally (With Customer &amp; Supplier)Conduct the root cause analysis for supply related issues and perform define corrective action plan to avoid reoccurrence.Closely Monitory the inventory , Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize Write-Off ( FG,RM&amp; PM).Manage and Monitor the proper usage of Resource utilization &amp; Capacity leveling in accord with the Business needs.Manage and Control the Inventory carrying cost level in align with organization functional and financial requirement.Understanding the customer needs and actively using the information to promote excellent service to customer and to maximize business efficiencyEnsure the concept of &ldquo;Right First Time&rdquo; to avoid occurrence of any financial / image loss to the company.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Expected Salary?</li><li>What is your Notice Period in days?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing Buying<ul><li>Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods</li><li>Seek cost improvements in purchased products.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers</li><li>Support contracts&rsquo; implementations</li><li>Lead, negotiate and execute all sourcing activities in every phase of the product life cycle.</li></ul>Supplier Management<ul><li>Manage supplier relationships including quality and supply issues, improving supplier performance, and building successful Supply chain partnerships.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance to ensure supplier POT (Payment on Time)Supplier OTIF (On Time in Full) percentage</li><li>Supplier SNCR (Supplier Non-Conformance Reports) for material quality tracking</li><li>Contribute to short- and long-term service and quality improvement projects together with suppliers.</li><li>Handling REACH Documents to be provided in full from Supplier.</li><li>Purchasing Operations, Planning &amp; Execution</li><li>Participate in meetings with planners, technical, quality and development teams to share updated information, cultural and professional experiences, provide standard information and know-how and process improvement among all the organizational stakeholders with relations with the procurement department.</li><li>Purchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets</li><li>Main point of Escalation with the supplier for all internal requests</li><li>Track orders and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Review the quality of purchased products.</li><li>Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
