Job Title:Dental Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator (DOK32 &amp; OpenJet)Location:Bani Yas &ndash; Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator to join our dental clinic in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with DOK32 EMR system and OpenJet for dental insurance claims and approvals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk and patient reception</li><li>Schedule appointments using DOK32</li><li>Enter treatment plans and dental codes</li><li>Submit and follow up insurance claims via OpenJet</li><li>Coordinate with dentists and insurance providers</li><li>Handle billing and patient records</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a dental clinic</li><li>Proven experience with DOK32</li><li>Experience submitting dental insurance claims via OpenJet</li><li>Knowledge of dental coding</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>10 hours per day</li><li>2-hour break</li><li>1 day off per week</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
