&#9679; Understand the Scope of Work and Deliverable for each &amp; every client.&#9679; Coordinate within the team on documents and requirements for the work.&#9679; Handle the clients (end to end) from document request to final delivery of work.&#9679; Take care of Monthly Accounting &amp; Compliance Activities of the clients.&#9679; Review the Books of accounts and support them in case of any discrepancies&#9679; Handle statutory related matters such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI &amp; PT.&#9679; Handle payroll related activities, including payroll processing.&#9679; Coordinate with the Auditors for year end audit &amp; Tax filing.&#9679; Prepare MIS on a regular basis and have a discussion with the client in this regard.&#9679; Be willing to work closely with the team and support them in work.Key Skill Sets / Education &ndash;&#9679; B.Com, MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, (CA Discontinued)&#9679; 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting &amp; Compliance&#9679; Should have solid experience in Tally ERP9, Zoho Books and MS Office and be willing to learn new tools.&#9679; Language proficiency - reading &amp; writing in EnglishJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;550,000.00 - &#8377;650,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
