● Understand the Scope of Work and Deliverable for each &amp; every client.● Coordinate within the team on documents and requirements for the work.● Handle the clients (end to end) from document request to final delivery of work.● Take care of Monthly Accounting &amp; Compliance Activities of the clients.● Review the Books of accounts and support them in case of any discrepancies● Handle statutory related matters such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI &amp; PT.● Handle payroll related activities, including payroll processing.● Coordinate with the Auditors for year end audit &amp; Tax filing.● Prepare MIS on a regular basis and have a discussion with the client in this regard.● Be willing to work closely with the team and support them in work and train them.Key Skill Sets / Education &ndash;● B.Com, MBA, CMA, CA● 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting &amp; Compliance● Should have solid experience in Tally ERP9, Zoho Books and MS Office and be willing to learn new tools.● Language proficiency - reading &amp; writing in EnglishJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
