Halcyon Aesthetic Academy is seeking a dynamic, confident, and professional Female Student Counselor cum Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This dual role position requires an individual who can effectively counsel prospective students, promote academy programs, convert leads into enrollments, and contribute to the overall business growth of the academy.1. Student Counseling &amp; Enrollment<ul><li>Provide detailed counseling to prospective students regarding aesthetic courses, certifications, and career paths.</li><li>Understand student needs and guide them toward the most suitable programs.</li><li>Manage walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries with professionalism and clarity.</li><li>Assist students throughout the admission and registration process.</li><li>Maintain student databases and follow-up logs for timely conversion.</li></ul>2. Business Development &amp; Lead Conversion<ul><li>Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and persuasion.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, aesthetic professionals, to promote academy programs.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and outreach activities.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and partnerships for academy growth.</li><li>Represent the academy at events, seminars, workshops, and career expos.</li></ul>3. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, conversions, and business development activities.</li><li>Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.</li></ul>4. Student Counselor cum Business Development Officer (Female)

The Customer Care Officer (Female) will serve as the first point of contact for students, clients, and prospective trainees of Halcyon Aesthetics Academy. The role requires a professional with prior exposure to Aesthetics, Dermatology, Cosmetic Procedures, or Medical Services, capable of confidently interacting with doctors, assisting in course enrollments, and converting leads into successful admissions or service sales.The ideal candidate must be customer-centric, well-groomed, articulate, and able to represent the Academy in a highly professional and welcoming manner.Key Responsibilities1. Client &amp; Student Handling<ul><li>Serve as the front-line representative for walk-in clients, students, and inquiries.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding courses, certifications, training programs, and workshop schedules.</li><li>Assist trainees in registration, enrollment, and documentation requirements.</li></ul>2. Lead Management &amp; Sales Conversion<ul><li>Receive, track, and manage all online and walk-in leads.</li><li>Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely conversion.</li><li>Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly lead-to-sale conversion targets.</li><li>Provide timely reports on inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.</li></ul>3. Coordination with Doctors &amp; Faculty<ul><li>Coordinate with dermatologists, aesthetic trainers, and medical faculty for class schedules, appointments, and student sessions.</li><li>Manage training calendars, faculty availability, and student consultation requests.</li><li>Support doctors during training days by managing client flow and queues.</li></ul>4. Customer Experience Excellence<ul><li>Ensure a premium, aesthetically pleasing experience aligned with the Halcyon Aesthetics Academy brand.</li><li>Resolve student/client concerns promptly and escalate issues when required.</li><li>Maintain front desk discipline, grooming standards, and a positive attitude at all times.</li></ul>5. Administrative Support<ul><li>Maintain student files, fee receipts, and course documentation.</li><li>Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, live demonstrations, and certification events.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns, social media content, and student testimonials.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in business, communication, or medical sciences).</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in customer service within Aesthetics, Dermatology, Medical Clinics, or Cosmetic Industry.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Confident in dealing with doctors, trainers, and high-profile clients.</li><li>Proven ability to convert leads into enrollments or sales.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional correspondence.</li><li>Presentable, well-groomed, and fluent in English &amp; Urdu.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
