Modular Kitchen Designer &ndash; Halcyon Lifestyle, Jaipur (Franchisee of Verantes Living)Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from showroom/design studio with client site visits as required)Employment Type: Full-timeReporting To: Director/Business HeadJob Purpose: To conceptualize, design, and deliver high-end modular kitchen solutions as per Verantes Living&rsquo;s design philosophy and technical standards. The role involves client consultation, layout planning, 3D visualization, coordination with production and installation teams, and ensuring the final kitchen reflects the brand&rsquo;s premium quality and functionality.Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction &amp; Design:<ul><li>Meet clients at the showroom or on-site to understand their needs, lifestyle, space layout, and aesthetic preferences.</li><li>Take or coordinate accurate site measurements (civil, electrical, and plumbing points).</li><li>Develop layout plans (2D) and 3D visualizations of modular kitchens using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.</li><li>Ensure all designs adhere to Verantes Living&rsquo;s brand standards, design language, and product specifications.</li><li>Present design options, material palettes, and quotations to clients for approval.</li></ul>Technical Coordination:<ul><li>Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical drawings for production.</li><li>Work closely with Verantes&rsquo; manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure accuracy in production drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with installation and site teams to ensure on-time execution and adherence to design quality.</li><li>Handle any site-level modifications, client feedback, or technical challenges proactively.</li></ul>Showroom &amp; Brand Support:<ul><li>Maintain the Verantes Living design display standards in the Jaipur showroom.</li><li>Assist the sales team during client demos and presentations.</li><li>Stay updated on latest finishes, hardware, and modular innovations introduced by Verantes.</li><li>Ensure excellent client experience in line with the Verantes premium service ethos.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Furniture Design.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;5 years in modular kitchen or interior design (experience with steel kitchens preferred).</li><li>Software Skills: AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp or 3ds Max (3D), MS Excel, and basic Photoshop.</li><li>Strong space planning, aesthetic sense, and visualization skills.</li><li>Sound knowledge of kitchen ergonomics, storage solutions, and material finishes.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.</li><li>Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Willingness to visit sites within Jaipur and nearby regions as required.</li></ul>Preferred (Added Advantage):<ul><li>Prior experience with premium modular kitchen brands (e.g., Sleek, Hafele, Nobilia, or Verantes).</li><li>Understanding of stainless steel modular construction and accessories.</li><li>Experience in modular wardrobes, vanities, or other storage systems.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Design delivery timelines and accuracy.</li><li>Client satisfaction and feedback scores.</li><li>Project conversions and successful handovers.</li><li>Adherence to Verantes Living&rsquo;s brand design and technical guidelines.</li><li>Coordination efficiency between design, production, and site teams.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
