About the Role 
 
The Technical Packaging Manager oversees technical activities across multiple dosage forms, working with contract manufacturing organizations and internal manufacturing sites to support product transfers and new product introductions (NPIs). This role partners with QA, Commercial, R&amp;D, central technical teams, and internal sites to meet business needs.
As the Technical Packaging Manager, you will lead technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement in CAPA effectiveness, ensure effective and efficient fit for purpose technical processes are in place to support Product Transfer, NPI, registration and launch. You will work as Haleon&rsquo;s single point of contact for all technical activities across multiple CMO&rsquo;s producing Haleon&rsquo;s products.
Role responsibilities:
<ul><li>Product / Process assessments and continuous improvement at CMO&rsquo;s.
</li><li>Oversight and implementation of validation activities impacting Haleon products.
</li><li>Troubleshooting and CAPA implementation / effectiveness for technical related issues.

</li><li>Support the North America Technical Support Lead in development and application of standard work across the CMO network, including implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Performance Management activities.

</li><li>Develop and maintain the knowledge system to leverage troubleshooting experience and improve CAPA effectiveness.
</li><li>Coach and develop technical talent within CMO&rsquo;s and internal sites.
</li><li>Represent the technical function and actively participate in regular SRT leadership meetings to drive business and Quality performance goals in the CMO network.

Basic Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
</li><li>6 years' engineering experience in pharmaceutical, CPG, food manufacturing or technical environments.
</li><li>Experience in technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA effectiveness.
</li><li>Leadership and execution of scale-up, technology transfer, and process validation projects.

About the role
Responsible for supporting the value streams at Jamshoro within the assigned packaging zones. The position ensures safe, compliant and efficient operations across designated work centers, maintaining the required span of control. Role Overview:

Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent</li><li>
Knowledge in Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Development legislations and understanding of the key interfaces such as Regulatory.</li><li>
Knowledge of non-medicinal vigilance (cosmetovigilance, materiovigilance and nutrivigilance), Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs regulations, guidelines, guidance and best practices is a plus.</li><li>
Good knowledge of governance requirements and systems</li><li>
Strong project set-up and management skills working across the department and across the organization.</li><li>
Ability to drive process strategy and improvement initiatives.</li><li>
A highly collaborative approach to work is essential.</li><li>
Able to adjust behaviors and priorities based on changing environment effectively and to meet multiple deadlines successfully with attention to detail, setting high performance standards for quality.</li></ul>
