 Experience:

 Minimum 5 years in AI/ML roles

 <li>
 Strong background in model experimentation, validation, and performance optimization using industry-standard techniques

 Hands-on experience conducting A/B testing and deriving statistically sound insights to inform model and product decisions
 </li>

 Technical Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deep expertise in building and fine-tuning generative AI models tailored to specific use cases and business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic workflows in production environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in prompt engineering&mdash;designing, testing, and refining prompts to maximize the effectiveness of large language models (LLMs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in developing and managing end-to-end machine learning pipelines using platforms such as Azure ML or AWS SageMaker
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of cloud-based data storage and processing, including Azure Blob Storage, Tables, Queues, and Amazon S3
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience deploying and integrating Azure Foundation Models and Azure OpenAI services into enterprise applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with containerization and DevOps practices, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines, for scalable and automated deployments
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced programming skills in Python, with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI/ML development

 Responsibilities:

 Develop, support, implement, and manage the compliance and regulatory strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on legal matters surrounding compliance regulations and legislation such as sanctions, export control, anti-bribery and corruption, due diligence, ethics, and consumer rights.

 Draft, review, and negotiate policies and procedures on a range of legal and compliance matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal and compliance advice to minimize exposure to reputational and financial risks.

 Minimum of 8 years of compliance and regulatory-specific legal experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualified as a lawyer in a recognized jurisdiction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a multi-cultural environment in legal, risk, and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing compliance and regulatory issues, compliance risk management, and third-party risk management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in identifying, prioritizing, and controlling risks associated with non-compliance in the aviation industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory risks handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of handling complex issues and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in implementing GRC tools preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Aviation experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managerial skills, including the ability to delegate work, set clear direction, manage workflow, mentor, and foster teamwork.
