We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Listing Administrator to support our real estate team by managing and maintaining property listings across Portals (Bayut &amp; Property Finder, Etc) and marketing platforms. This role is essential to ensuring listing accuracy, compliance, and timely updates, allowing agents to focus on client relationships and sales.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create, input, and manage property listings in the Portals (Bayut &amp; Property Finder, Etc)</li><li>Update listing details including pricing, status changes, and descriptions</li><li>Ensure all listings comply with rules and brokerage standards</li><li>Upload and manage listing photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours</li><li>Maintain accurate records of listing documents and disclosures</li><li>Review listings for accuracy, consistency, and quality control</li><li>Communicate with agents regarding missing information, revisions, or deadlines</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in real estate administration or listing management preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Portals platforms (Bayut &amp; Property Finder, Etc)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Knowledge of real estate compliance and disclosures</li><li>Experience with marketing tools or design platforms (e.g., Canva)</li><li>Prior support experience with real estate agents or teams</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a real estate organization</li><li>Flexible work options (where applicable)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Property Listing Administrator: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic And English (Required)</li></ul>
