Senior Business Development Representative Hally Solutions are exclusively partnering with a Series A AI Vendor as they continue their expansion across the Middle East. You will be one of the founding members of the sales team selling into Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Senior BDR who is an expert in identifying high-value prospects, initiating outreach through strategic outbound efforts, and qualifying leads for the Account Executive (AE) team. You will leverage outbound strategies such as cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to engage decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Prospect & Outreach: Identify and research potential clients through outbound channels (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc.).</li> <li>Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points, needs, and interest in our solutions.</li> <li>Set Meetings: Book high-quality sales meetings and demos for the Account Executive (AE) team.</li> <li>Sales Engagement Tools: Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage prospecting efforts efficiently.</li> <li>Personalized Outreach: Craft compelling, personalized messaging that resonates with different buyer personas.</li> <li>Collaboration: Work closely with AEs, marketing, and leadership to refine outbound strategies.</li> <li>Mentorship & Leadership: Share best practices with junior SDRs and help improve overall team performance.</li> <li>KPIs & Metrics: Meet or exceed activity and performance targets (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates).</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>2+ years of outbound SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment.</li> <li>Proven experience prospecting to CIOs in the GCC</li> <li>Proven success in cold outreach and setting meetings with decision-makers.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft).</li> <li>A strategic and consultative approach to prospecting.</li> <li>Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li> <li>Knowledge of MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or other sales methodologies.</li> <li>Fluent in Arabic is advantageous</li> </ul> Seniority level <ul> <li>Associate</li> </ul> Employment type <ul> <li>Full-time</li> </ul> Job function <ul> <li>Sales and Business Development</li> </ul> Industries <ul> <li>Technology, Information and Media and Information Services</li> </ul>

This team will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging prospective clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and closing deals&mdash;primarily through telephone and digital communication&mdash;within assigned territories.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Generate and manage sales opportunities within a designated territory

 Articulate key business and technical value propositions aligned with customer needs through partner deal registrations, qualified leads, and outbound outreach, including cold calling

 Collaborate closely with partners and resellers to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities

 Expand market penetration and account coverage by positioning company solutions across targeted organizations
 </li>

 Prepare accurate forecasts and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
 </li>

 Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company growth

 Strategize and execute territory plans in coordination with channel sales and sales engineering teams
 </li>

 Maintain up-to-date and detailed records within the company&rsquo;s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)

 Qualifications

 MUST BE SAUDI NATIONAL PASSPORD HOLDER
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimal of 3 years experience within similar commercial roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading and coordinating sales efforts across cross-functional teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written communication and business correspondence skills; familiarity with online research tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in both English and Arabic, with outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
 </li>
