Whether it is a customer looking to have free time to do the things they love, or cleaners looking for financial freedom, we are in the business of decluttering lives.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Show up on time</li><li>Deliver on promises</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service</li><li>Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas</li><li>Maintain equipment and supplies inventory to ensure all tools are available for daily tasks</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>You must be a RESPONSIBLE person with a high standard of work and great communication</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness</li><li>Have a keen attention to detail</li><li>Have a positive attitude</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients</li><li>Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods</li></ul>Must-Haves:<ul><li>Reliable means transportation for timely arrival at different client locations</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the US</li><li>You'll bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment for each job</li><li>General Liability Insurance</li></ul>What You'll Love about Us: <ul><li>Competitive Pay : Make anywhere from $20+/hourly rate</li><li>Bonus Opportunities based on performance and client feedback</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Shifts available 7 days a week</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
