هدفك الرئيسي هو تحقيق المبيعات مع تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة، وستكون نقطة الاتصال الأساسية للعملاء لتقديم المعرفة بالمنتجات والتعامل مع الاستفسارات والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات

<ul><li>الترحيب بالعملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم بدقة.</li><li>عرض المنتجات والخدمات والترويج لها وبيعها بفعالية.</li><li>تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات والرد على استفسارات العملاء.</li><li>مساعدة العملاء خلال عملية الشراء لتحقيق المبيعات.</li><li>التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء باحترافية ولباقة.</li><li>تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية أو تجاوزها.</li><li>الحفاظ على مظهر وتنظيم المتجر وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.</li><li>المساهمة بأفكار واستراتيجيات لتحسين المبيعات وتجربة العملاء.</li></ul></div>

Sales Associate / أخصائي مبيعات

<div>Job Overview 
We are interested in hiring a dedicated and experienced Sales Associate to join our Sales team. 
As a Sales Associate, you are expected to drive sales in the most efficient way. Your job duties will be to sell products and services offered by the company. You are responsible to assist the customers in providing accurate product knowledge and answering their questions as needed. 
You should be able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer satisfaction as well as an exceptional customer experience. Maintaining and updating the cash register on a daily basis is a mandatory task for this position. 
In addition to this, you should possess excellent customer service and extraordinary interpersonal skills. Prior experience working as a Sales Associate will be an advantage. Responsibilities

Maintain the cash register and other financial records.</li><li>
Assist customers throughout the buying process to drive sales.</li><li>

Achieve monthly sales targets and set organizational goals.</li><li>
Handle inventory levels and restock them as and when required.</li><li>
Work in collaboration with other Sales Representatives.</li><li>
Provide excellent customer satisfaction to increase sales.</li><li>
Manage and supervise the return process of any merchandise.</li><li>
Adhere to compliance in regards to the store functionality and appearance.</li><li>
Manage customer&rsquo;s complaints in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>
Get involved and plan out promotional activities.</li><li>
Suggest ways and devise strategies to improve sales in an effective manner.</li></ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>
Minimum Qualification: Diploma and above</li><li>
Prior work experience as a Sale Associate, Sales Representatives, Sales Consultant, or a similar role.</li><li>
Demonstrate excellent ability to handle customers in a professional manner.</li><li>
Detailed know-how on the product and services offered.</li><li>
Ability to maintain a positive environment.</li><li>
Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Great time management skills.</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>
