OverviewRole- Desktop SupportWe have a new opportunity available at the NJ location for a short-term assignment, with a potential extension. Please find the details below:Location: 21 South Street, Morristown, NJ 07960, USA Duration: 5 days (with possible extension up to one month) Dates: March 9th to March 13th Rate: $25- $27/hrTypically 2-3 years of experience &middot; Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals, Teams meeting rooms hardware &middot; Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software &middot; Customer facing soft skills &middot; Strong verbal and written communication skills &middot; Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge &middot; Works on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope &middot; Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures &middot; Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. &middot; Ability to provide disposal services &middot; Able to independently problem solve &middot; Able to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency &middot; No OEM certifications (break and fix support is assumed to be provided over OEM warranty)Troubleshoot basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewalls &middot; Knowledge of backup, tape, and exchange infrastructures &middot; Ability to configure routers and switches &middot; Integration and customization of hardware components on operating systems and networks &middot; No CCNA or similar certifications &middot; The Workplace Advanced Engineer will be the coordinators and the VIP supportIf you are available and interested for the above-mentioned dates, Drop your resume at aasia.azad@hamayagroup.comPay: $25.00 - $32.06 per hourWork Location: In person
