Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling content. In addition to traditional graphic design skills, experience with AI-based video editing tools will be considered a strong advantage.You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create designs that strengthen our brand presence across digital and print platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conceptualize and design engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to understand design needs and deliver high-quality creative solutions.</li><li>Ensure consistency with brand identity across all design assets.</li><li>Edit and enhance photos, videos, and visual elements using professional design software.</li><li>Utilize AI video editing tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript, Synthesia, etc.) to streamline video production and create dynamic visual content.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies.</li><li>Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.</li><li>Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Preferred / Added Advantage:<ul><li>Experience using AI-powered video editing tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, or Descript.</li><li>Basic understanding of motion graphics, video storytelling, or animation.</li><li>Familiarity with UX/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).</li><li>Knowledge of branding, social media marketing, and digital advertising.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
