Duties and responsibilities<ul><li>
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.</li><li>
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.</li><li>
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.</li><li>
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.</li><li>
Plan and present bar menu.</li><li>
Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.</li><li>
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.</li><li>

Responsible for bringing the clubs beverage line-up to life.</li><li>
Responsible for serving alcoholic drinks to guests following standard recipes and policies and procedures.</li><li>
Slice, pit and prepare garnishes for drinks.</li><li>
Responsible for checking identification of guests in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.</li><li>
Monitor all guests for alcohol intake to appropriate levels.</li><li>

Ensure the ladder is placed on a firm level surface, and do not place the ladder near a doorway.</li><li>
Ensure there are non-skid shoes on the ladder.</li><li>
If using a medal ladder, be sure that it is not near electrical wires.</li><li>
One person on a ladder at one time, and ensure another staff member is holding the ladder in position.</li><li>
