OverviewMust be able to work 11PM - 7AM on Friday and Saturday evening.We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Over Night Front Desk Clerk (Night Audit) to join our team on a part-time basis at the Sonesta ES Suites Goodyear. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to assist a diverse clientele and enhance guest relations.Duties<ul><li>Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities</li><li>Conduct night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and recordkeeping</li><li>Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service</li><li>Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times</li><li>Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance guest satisfaction</li><li>Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards</li><li>Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, privacy, and security</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction</li><li>Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and utilize hotel management software effectively</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of hotel management practices, including night audit procedures and guest relations</li><li>Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure</li></ul>This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our hospitality team, providing memorable experiences for our guests during their stay.
