<div><p>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, upkeep, and smooth operation of all hotel facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience for our guests. This role supports daily hotel operations by performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and responding quickly to guest and team requests.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preventive &amp; General Maintenance</b></h3>
<ul><li>Perform routine PM tasks in guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.</li>
<li>Inspect and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, laundry machines, and lighting systems.</li>
<li>Complete guestroom PMs per Hilton brand standards, including minor repairs to furniture, walls, and fixtures.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate maintenance logs and daily work order documentation.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Guest Service &amp; Repairs</b></h3>
<ul><li>Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance calls with professionalism and courtesy.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair basic issues such as clogs, leaks, minor electrical problems, painting, and carpentry.</li>
<li>Communicate room status and urgent repair needs to Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Management.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Safety &amp; Compliance</b></h3>
<ul><li>Conduct routine property walkthroughs to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with fire, health, and building codes.</li>
<li>Follow lockout/tagout procedures, PPE requirements, and proper handling of tools and chemicals.</li>
<li>Support emergency responses during power outages, alarms, and water or equipment failures.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Property &amp; Grounds Care</b></h3>
<ul><li>Maintain pool/spa areas, exterior walkways, landscaping, lighting, and parking lot.</li>
<li>Perform touch-up painting, drywall repair, and general property improvements.</li>
<li>Assist with special projects, small renovations, and event setup as assigned.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Team Collaboration</b></h3>
<ul><li>Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to complete daily work orders and priority tasks.</li>
<li>Support housekeeping in ensuring rooms are guest-ready.</li>
<li>Share basic maintenance knowledge with team members when needed.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.</li>
<li>Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Able to work independently and manage daily tasks.</li>
<li>Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li>Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs routinely.</li>
<li>Comfortable using ladders and working in tight or elevated spaces.</li>
<li>Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.<br>
