Compensation: $120,000&ndash;$130,000 annually, plus bonus potential. 
 We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Dual Property Sales Manager. 
Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and versatile Senior Dual Sales Manager to oversee group and business transient sales efforts for two hotel properties. In this dual-role capacity, the Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by building relationships, prospecting new business, and maintaining key accounts across both hotels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel sales, excellent organizational skills, mentoring team members, and the ability to effectively manage priorities in a multi-property environment. 
What will you be doing most days?<ul><li>
Proactively sell and promote both hotel properties to targeted market segments including corporate, group, SMERF, and local accounts.</li><li>
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through sales calls, site tours, networking, and client events.</li><li>
Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.</li><li>
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and follow-up documentation in accordance with brand and company standards.</li><li>
Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize revenue potential for both properties.</li><li>
Coordinate and conduct site inspections, sales blitzes, and trade show participation on behalf of both hotels.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, or similar).</li><li>
Achieve or exceed individual and combined room night and revenue goals.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with catering, operations, and brand teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li><li>
Regularly analyze local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay competitive.</li></ul> 
What are the requirements for this position?<ul><li>
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.</li><li>
4+ years of hotel sales experience required; multi-property or dual-brand experience is highly desirable.</li><li>
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating business relationships.</li><li>
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>
Ability to travel between both hotel locations as needed and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, Salesforce).</li><li>
You have a valid driver's license.</li></ul>

Physical Requirements for this Position
You must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates. 
Travel Requirements
Minimal, occasional travel outside the local area and overnight. 
Pay Scale: $30.80 - $35.80
