About the Role</b></h1><p>
The Resident Associate provides direct support to residents with daily living needs while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h1><ul><li>Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.</li><li>Provide respectful, service-focused support that encourages independence whenever possible.</li><li>Observe and report changes in residents&rsquo; physical or cognitive condition.</li><li>Support meal service, hydration, and engagement in daily routines.</li><li>Follow proper infection control, safety, and documentation standards.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></h1><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in assisted living, caregiving, or senior services preferred.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.</li><li>Commitment to resident safety, respect, and confidentiality.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical Requirements</b></h1><p>
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents; stand and walk for extended periods; and respond to resident needs promptly.</p><p>
