<p>The E-Commerce Specialist plays a key role in driving online sales growth for shophamricks.com. You'll manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, optimize the online store experience, support digital marketing efforts, and help expand our fast-growing online business. This position collaborates closely with merchandising, marketing, warehouse, and store teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience that reflects Hamrick's commitment to quality and value.</p>
</div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h5>
<ul><li><p>Manage the flow of products to sell online</p>
</li><li><p>Write product descriptions for 16 unique styles each hour</p>
</li><li><p>Answer and resolve any merchandise issues from merchant and Ecommerce teams</p>
</li><li><p>Assist in online merchandising of businesses as needed</p>
</li><li><p>Manage product information edits and website maintenance</p>
</li><li><p>Other duties as assigned by management</p>
</li><li><p>Manage flow of product in and at our distribution center. Working closely with fulfillment staff.</p>
</li><li><p>Organize products to ensure maximum efficiency to list products to website daily</p>
</li><li><p>Build and maintain cross functional relationships with peers, managers, and staff</p>
</li></ul></div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h5>
<ul><li><p>Retail experience preferred</p>
</li><li><p>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills</p>
</li><li><p>Strong attention to detail with a customer-first approach</p>
</li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p>
</li><li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel</p>
</li><li><p>Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn new programs and platforms</p>
</li><li><p>Ability to work constructively in a team environment where brainstorming and collaboration are standard</p>
</li><li><p>Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-processing environment</p>
</li><li><p>Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations</p>
</li><li><p>Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 lbs.</p>
