At National Truck parts we are looking for Marketing Director whos primary duty is to oversee the entire marketing department. This responsibility involves assessing and creating the company&rsquo;s marketing plan and marketing strategy, and then planning, coordinating and directing marketing efforts.Other duties of the Marketing Director:<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all locations.</li><li>Manage branding, advertising, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.</li><li>Oversee digital marketing, including social media, website content, SEO, and email campaigns.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.</li><li>Manage relationships with vendors, advertising partners, and media outlets.</li><li>Create campaigns to drive foot traffic, fuel sales, restaurant/retail purchases, product purchases</li><li>Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, customer acquisition).</li><li>Lead a small marketing team and ensure consistent brand standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or fuel/travel centers.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer engagement strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.</li><li>Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into actionable campaigns.</li><li>Familiarity with the trucking, transportation, or travel industry is highly preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
