We are seeking a highly organized and proactive <b>Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant </b>to support attorneys in a fast-paced law firm environment. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and technical skills, capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion.</p><div><div><div><div><div><p>
 <b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Manage documents in both electronic and paper format.</li><li>
Manage calendar and organize daily schedule of attorney.</li><li>
Screen and manage calls.</li><li>
Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings.</li><li>
Manage travel arrangements for attorney.</li><li>
Develop documents and presentations.</li><li>
Ensure accurate file management.</li><li>
Enter time and billing information.</li><li>
Look for new methods and technology to increase attorney efficiency.</li></ul><p>
 <b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
3 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior levels in the organization.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook with excellent keyboarding skills, and the ability to process a high volume of dictation and transcription.</li><li>
Familiarity with legal billing, timekeeping, and document management software systems.</li><li>
Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, administrative, and analytical skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent tasks involving several stakeholders.</li><li>
Superior detail orientation and time management skills.</li><li>
Absolute discretion.</li></ul><p><b>
 </b><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Experience supporting attorneys in either private practice or corporate environment.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>
Experience with TABS billing software and NetDocs document management system.</li></ul><p><b>
