ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</div></div><ul><li>
Deliver exceptional client interactions that emphasize accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.</li><li>
Handle client transactional needs, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, credit card advances, money orders, negotiable items, and loan payments.</li><li>
Respond to client servicing requests such as account maintenance and service charge inquiries, applying product and procedural knowledge to resolve issues quickly and effectively.</li><li>
Build, maintain, and grow client relationships through high-quality, personalized interactions, both in-person and via outbound phone calls.</li><li>
Educate clients on digital solutions (mobile, online, and ATM banking) to promote convenience and self-service adoption.</li><li>
Refer clients to internal business partners as financial needs are identified.</li><li>
Support financial center operations, including opening/closing procedures, vault management, night depository, cash drawer setup, workstation preparation, and balancing.</li><li>
Assist in managing operational loss through fraud detection, hold placement, seeking supervisory overrides as needed, and maintaining superior balancing standards.</li><li>
Uphold all risk management, compliance, and security standards, maintaining operational and financial soundness.</li><li>
Uphold professionalism standards, including appearance, demeanor, and workstation organization.</li><li>
Actively manage the lobby by greeting, engaging, and directing client traffic.</li><li>
Perform research, special projects, and other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><div></div><div><div>
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE &amp; KNOWLEDGE:</div></div><ul><li>
High School diploma or GED required.</li><li>
6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required</li><li>
Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.</li></ul><div></div><div><div>
ESSENTIAL MENTAL &amp; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</div></div><ul><li>
Ability to work Financial Center hours, including weekends and evenings, and to travel as required.</li><li>
Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines</li><li>
Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 50 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division an &ldquo;undue hardship&rdquo; then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.</li></ul></div></div></div></div><div></div><div>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</div><div></div><div>
Acts as an internal resource available to all bank personnel for situations encountered with computer operating systems or associated components and peripherals.</div><div></div><div>
Provides technical support by answering questions and resolving problems regarding all aspects of the banks departmental computer software applications.</div><div></div><div>
Develops in-dept knowledge of the information needs of the business unit and pursues the technical skills to support those needs.</div><div></div><div>
Develop in depth knowledge of database and database structures to provide application support for the business units.</div><div></div><div>
Monitors systems in the business unit and resolves errors and inefficiencies.</div><div></div><div>
Provide (Level 2) support for departments that have logged problem calls with the Service Desk.</div><div></div><div><br>
Accepts and updates call tickets as appropriate.</div><div></div><div>
Installs or assists service personnel in installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives on user's premises.</div><div></div><div>
Loads specified software packages such as operating systems, word processing, or spreadsheet programs into computer.</div><div></div><div>
Enters commands and observes system functions to verify correct system operation.</div><div></div><div>
Responds to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.</div><div></div><div>
Instructs users in use of equipment, software and manuals.</div><div></div><div>
Coordinates activities with help desk, network services or other information systems groups.</div><div></div><div>
Replaces defective or inadequate software packages.</div><div></div><div>
Refers major hardware problems to service personnel for correction.</div><div></div><div>
Secondary Duties</div><div></div><div>
Develops in-depth knowledge of applications used by other busness units as assigned.</div><div></div><div>
Acts as internal resource for assigned business units as it relates to any situation encountered with computer hardware or software.</div><div></div><div>
May be asked to work nights, weekends and holidays.</div><div></div><div>
May be included in an on-call rotation.</div><div></div><div>
Provides guidance and mentoring to Desktop Services technicians and team members.</div><div></div><div>
Provides level 1 support as needed.</div><div></div><div>
Some travel may is required.</div><div></div><div>
