As a W-2 employee, you have a guaranteed monthly income floor. Every month, you start with guaranteed pay:Reduced Part-Time (8&ndash;11 clients/week)<ul><li>Guaranteed monthly floor: $750&ndash;$850/month</li><li>Clinical session rate: $75&ndash;$85/hour</li><li>Documentation time rate: $25/hour</li><li>Consultation rate: 50% of clinical rate</li><li>Malpractice coverage included</li><li>Annual rate increase (performance-based)</li></ul>Regular Part-Time (12+ clients/week)Everything in Reduced Part-Time, plus:<ul><li>Guaranteed monthly floor: $1,500&ndash;$1,700/month</li><li>Paid sick time: 40 hours/year</li><li>CEU reimbursement: $200/year (after Year 1)</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8&ndash;17 and young adults 18+, plus parent training and support</li><li>Maintain a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions via telehealth</li><li>Participate in weekly consultations and peer-led collaborative huddles</li><li>Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner</li><li>Coordinate with clients&rsquo; pediatricians, school counselors, and families as needed</li></ul>Your Schedule &amp; Time CommitmentCaseload: Manage at least 8 clients per week (option to take on more hours). Available Hours (All PST):<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Thursday: 4:00 PM &ndash; 8:30 PM</li><li>Friday: 4:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>Saturday: 10:00 AM &ndash; 1:00 PM</li></ul>What Every Therapist Gets<ul><li>Guaranteed minimum pay: a floor that protects you from cancellations and no-shows</li><li>Malpractice insurance: fully covered</li><li>Paid admin time: documentation and notes are compensated</li><li>Paid consultation time: weekly case consultations and team huddles with a supportive clinical community</li><li>Scheduling handled for you: we manage intake and calendars</li><li>Ongoing professional development: training programs and clinical community</li><li>No exclusivity: maintain a private practice or other commitments alongside Handspring</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Licensed in Washington: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT</li><li>Experience with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments</li><li>Comfortable with Zoom, EHR systems, and collaboration tools</li><li>Not opted out of Medicare; willing to be cross-licensed in additional states</li><li>Able to commit to a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions</li></ul>Why Handspring1 in 5 children in the U.S. have a diagnosable mental health disorder, but roughly half never receive care.
