The primary responsibility of the role is to generate incremental demand and revenue for Surestep products among the selected territories or key accounts assigned to them.</div><div><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate will be a certified orthotist or certified prosthetist/orthotist and will have direct experience selling to the O&amp;P community, preferably in Pediatric Lower Extremity Orthotics. The candidate will need to have the ability to develop an integrated sales and marketing effort that maximizes both short-term impacts, as well as long-term customer and revenue sustainability. Specifically, this candidate will need to have the ability and knowledge to build and expand the pediatric orthotics market in a specified region or major geographical area. The territory for this position will focus on the West Coast, and will include, but is not limited to California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada. This is a remote position, where the ideal candidate will reside within the defined territory. Travel is required.</div>
Your Impact:
<ul><li>Drive growth with all Surestep products by creating and implementing sales and marketing strategy specific to customer base and the defined territory.</li><li>
Lead or coordinate &ldquo;in-service training sessions&rdquo; and otherwise present at market/product educational events and provide additional customer support to key customers. This role will work closely with customers and Surestep teams to align strategies to grow Surestep sales and revenue in specified markets.</li><li>
Assess and prioritize customer base and allocate time according to the opportunities for most significant impact.</li><li>
Create on-boarding programs and product training for customers as they sign-on to using Surestep products.</li><li>
Identify and participate in trade shows that could maximize market impact.</li><li>
Identify customer needs and work with Surestep Education and Marketing team on training and education for assigned customers.</li><li>
Identify market needs and requirements and be able to effectively articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition.</li><li>
Be well-versed in public speaking, with ability to engage and educate groups of any size both in-person and virtually. It is preferred that the candidate will have a deep understanding of pediatric lower extremity orthotics and the indications for use of Surestep products and outcomes that are produced.</li><li>
Track and measure the effectiveness of the program and adjust, as needed, to improve our approach.</li><li>
Administrative Requirements:<ul><li>
Daily/Weekly updates to contact management and sales activity in Salesforce.</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office with a solid understanding of PowerPoint and Excel as both will be used on a daily basis.</li><li>
Responsible for setting up meetings, flights, rental cars, and hotels.
</li></ul></li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:
<ul><li>Certified Orthotist or Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist and Sales and Marketing experience.
</li><li>Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of related experience.
</li><li>At this level, postgraduate coursework may be expected.</li><li><p>
Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver&rsquo;s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger&rsquo;s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.</p></li></ul>

Pay range of $96,000.00 - $135,000.00 salary range + commission + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.</div><div>
