<div><div>The Technology Operations Analyst provides lead responsibility for procurement of materials and services, including IT software, hardware, and technology-related services. This role supports end-to-end procurement execution, vendor management, and operational process improvement while partnering closely with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant procurement outcomes.</div><div><b><br>
IT Procurement &amp; Operations</b></div><ul><li>
Execute procurement activities for IT software, hardware, and services aligned to business needs</li><li>
Support full lifecycle procurement: intake, sourcing support, contracting, purchasing, and renewals</li><li>
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of procurement requests</li><li>
Maintain procurement documentation, contract records, and supplier data</li><li>
Balance price, quality, service, delivery, and commercial terms in procurement decisions</li></ul><div><b>
Technology &amp; Application Support</b></div><ul><li>
Partner with IT to understand application portfolio, licensing models, and technical requirements</li><li>
Support software lifecycle management including renewals, maintenance tracking, and license optimization</li><li>
Maintain working knowledge of technical requirements to ensure supplier alignment</li><li>
Assist in evaluating vendors based on technical capabilities, scalability, and cost</li></ul><div><b>
Vendor Management &amp; Performance</b></div><ul><li>
Support vendor onboarding, relationship management, and issue resolution</li><li>
Track vendor performance against SLAs, contracts, and service expectations</li><li>
Assist in identifying cost savings, vendor consolidation, and optimization opportunities</li></ul><div><b>
Market Analysis &amp; Strategic Support</b></div><ul><li>
Analyze industry conditions, pricing benchmarks, and supplier performance</li><li>
Prepare statistical analysis of market trends and procurement strategies</li><li>
Provide insights into cost drivers, renewal risks, and sourcing opportunities</li><li>
Support strategic sourcing and negotiation preparation</li></ul><div><b>
Operations &amp; Process Improvement</b></div><ul><li>
Identify and implement opportunities to improve procurement workflows and efficiency</li><li>
Support automation, standardization, and documentation of procurement processes</li><li>
Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives and reporting improvements</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field</li><li>
2&ndash;5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, IT procurement, or vendor management<br>
Experience supporting technology procurement (software, SaaS, hardware) preferred</li><li>
Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver&rsquo;s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger&rsquo;s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.</li><li><b>
Certifications (Nice to Have):</b><br>
CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)<br>
APICS / ASCM certification<br>
ITAM or procurement-related certifications</li></ul></div>
